This role focuses on managing existing accounts, generating new opportunities, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. You'll work closely with the sales, operations, and engineering teams to help customers adopt AEI hardware, Cinq cloud subscriptions, and Cinq Edge solutions across the rail and transportation industries. Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned customer accounts across the U.S. and Canada Prospect and develop new business opportunities Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries Prepare quotes, process orders, and track customer shipments Support recurring SaaS subscription growth and renewals Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and customer records Coordinate with outside sales, engineering, service, and operations teams Support distributor relationships and sales activities in Mexico Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the sales cycle Qualifications Required 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing customer accounts and sales pipelines Comfortable selling technical products and software solutions CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Preferred Industrial electronics, automation, or technical sales experience SaaS or subscription sales experience Railroad or transportation industry experience Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or ERP systems Conversational Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission Full benefits package Career growth opportunities within a growing technology-focused business
Additional Details Location:
Kansas City, MO Occasional travel required (less than 15%) Full-time, office-based position with some flexibility for customer support needs
