Responsibilities and Qualifications:
What are the responsibilities and qualifications for the role? Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Dean Team selling process Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing Answer inbound sales calls and respond to Internet inquiries Meet daily outbound phone and email quota Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot Attend sales & product knowledge meetings Training will be provided Great customer service skills Be able to create and maintain customer relationships Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, Outlook, CRM, Eleads) Prior car sales or retail experience a plus Maintain professional business attire and appearance Self-starter and ability to be a great team player Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)Benefits:
