Job Description

No Key Responsibilities Mission Driven Referral Growth & Relationship Development 1. Partnering with Referral Manager this role will develop and strengthen relationships with PCP pediatricians, pediatric acute care hospitals, NICUs, PICUs, trauma centers, specialty physicians, case managers, discharge planners, payers, and community agencies. 2. Partnering with OP Therapy Manager, this role will develop and strengthen relationships with PCP pediatricians in the greater metro STL region for OP therapy needs. 3. Educate referral partners on the hospital's specialized programs for medically complex and technology-dependent children. 4. Identify new regional and national referral opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals. 5. Serve as an ambassador of Ranken Jordan's mission, model of care, and clinical excellence. Strategic Outreach & Annual Planning 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive annual IP and OP focused outreach plans aligned with organizational growth priorities. 2. Map key geographic markets and high-impact accounts. 3. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and service gaps within pediatric rehabilitation and complex care. 4. Support strategic expansion initiatives and program development efforts. 5. Represent Ranken Jordan at professional conferences, healthcare forums, and community events. Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring 1. Track referral patterns, admission trends, conversion rates, and service line growth. 2. Monitor geographic growth opportunities. 3. Maintain accurate CRM documentation of outreach activities. 4. Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights. 5. Evaluate outreach effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimize impact. Internal Collaborations 1. Partner closely with Director of Market Growth, referral team, clinical teams, OP therapy manager and care coordination, to align growth strategy with operational capacity. 2. Communicate referral partner feedback to enhance patient experience and access. 3. Support new clinical program launches with targeted outreach strategies. 4. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives focused on sustainable mission growth for both IP and OP services.
Patient Population Served:
Ranken Jordan is dedicated to delivering services to patients with complex medical needs, including infants, children, and adolescents.
Education Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Marketing, Nursing, Therapy, or related field required. 2. Master's degree preferred. 3. Valid Drivers License.
Reliable Vehicle Experience Required:
1. 3-5+ years of healthcare business development, physician relations, pediatric healthcare, or rehabilitation experience. 2. Experience working with and have knowledge of medically complex pediatric populations preferred. 3. Demonstrated success in referral growth and strategic relationship development. Knowledge & Skills 1. Understanding pediatric rehabilitation and complex medical care environments. 2. Strong relationship building and consultative communication skills. 3. Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability. 4. Strategic planning and territory management expertise. 5. Knowledge of healthcare compliance and referral regulations. 6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
