Outside Sales Representative

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to manage accounts effectively while exploring new territory sales opportunities. Duties Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and expand market presence. Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance promotional efforts in your territory. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Experience Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales roles is preferred. Strong background in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Experience in territory sales management is a plus.
