We are looking for individuals with a proven ability to connect with people, influence purchasing decisions, promote products or services, and create a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

A proven track record in sales, customer service, promotions, hospitality, retail, marketing, or another customer-facing role where influencing and encouraging customers was important. A naturally personable, outgoing, and approachable personality with the confidence to start conversations and build rapport. The ability to communicate comfortably with customers from many different backgrounds, personalities, and walks of life while maintaining a professional presence. Strong persuasion and promotional skills without creating a high-pressure customer experience. The ability and willingness to learn, retain, and confidently communicate detailed product knowledge , including vehicle features, technology, warranties, programs, and available options. Strong listening skills and the ability to identify what matters to a customer and explain products in a way that relates to their individual needs. A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to actively engage customers rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them. Professional appearance, communication, dependability, and follow-through. Coachability and the ability to apply training, feedback, and established sales processes. Automotive knowledge can be taught. We are primarily looking for people who already know how to connect with customers, earn their trust, generate excitement about a product, and confidently guide them toward a purchasing decision.

Clean Driving Record:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the previous 5 years is required.
