In this role, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with clients door to door and offering storm damage repair to their home and to their cars. We're the only ones in Missouri repairing both. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and sales expertise will help expand our market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction. This commission based position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in sales within a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Engage with customers door to door. were the best in the business and it's up to you to sell that to them. There is no better quality on the market. Period! Once consistent goals are met and dedication is shown. A new company truck will be purchased for you to drive. You just sell, the office staff handles the rest. You're not a project manager, you're not a secretary, you're a salesman and here you just sell. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Utilize strong communication skills to explain pricing structures clearly and negotiate terms effectively with clients. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred but will train. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is highly preferred Ability to do basic math to break down contracts for clients. Ability to climb a ladder and inspect roofs. Be able to carry a collapsible ladder with you. "Not necessary" but preferred. self starter Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales volume and enhance customer satisfaction Have your own transportation that is presentable and able to carry a ladder .
