Job Description

Adams & Son Roofing is seeking an experienced Independent Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission- based position with strong earning potential for motivated individuals. Responsibilities include estimating roofing and construction projects, meeting with homeowners, and signing contracts. Sales representatives will be provided some company leads but are also expected to generate their own leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Requirements Experience in roofing and construction sales Knowledge of the roofing and construction process Ability to measure and estimate jobs accurately Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable transportation required Ability to pass a drug test Commission compensation will be based on performance and overall sales production. Compensation structure will be discussed with qualified applicants
