Job Description
We are looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Consultant to our team! Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Proven sales experience (automotive industry is a plus) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment Positive attitude with a high-energy personality Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Self-motivated and proactive Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
