As a Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines — generating leads, performing inspections, and guiding customers through the insurance claim process. This role can be full-time or part-time — you set your own hours. Perfect for those looking to earn high commissions without being tied to a 9-5. This is a local field-based role. Applicants must live in or near Hattiesburg, MS. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Knock doors and generate new leads through canvassing Perform roof inspections and assess storm damage Educate homeowners about the insurance claims process Help file claims and meet with insurance adjusters Provide accurate estimates for cash jobs when applicable Close contracts and maintain communication with clients Submit paperwork and project files on time Hit personal sales goals with company support Experience /

Requirements:

No roofing experience required — we'll train the right person Sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is a big plus Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors and walk roofs when needed Professional appearance and attitude

Compensation & Perks:
