Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a great personality, enjoys working with people, and brings a positive, fun energy to the workplace. This role involves assisting customers in selecting lighting products, processing orders, and supporting both retail and contractor clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and project specifications Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and special orders Maintain organized records of orders and customer communications Assist with showroom displays and product presentation Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Positive attitude with a sense of humor and team spirit Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer proficiency (email, order systems, Microsoft Office or similar) Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (retail experience a plus) Interest in design, lighting, or home improvement is helpful but not required

$36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
