Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for directly overseeing the hotel's sales operation for the Courtyard, Residence Inn Downtown, SpringHill Suites, and Wandering Buffalo. In close collaboration with the Director of Sales, this position plays a crucial role in reviewing, coordinating, and implementing various group and meeting functions.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with sales efforts in soliciting new business and in selling guestrooms, meeting space Effectively communicate and coordinate the guests request with other departments Responsible for managing all meeting room reservations and coordinating details with other departments including group agreements and set-up of meeting room Create print collateral for the property including sales sheets, signage, and menus Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and competitors facilities, services, amenities, and meeting space Maintain accurate, legible records and files to provide group history, ensure future and current quality service and enhance prospects. Assist sales team by maintaining group files, filing important documents, and ensuring deposits are collected per contract due dates
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Extensive knowledge of hotel and hospitality industry Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
High School diploma preferred Previous hospitality experience preferred Previous Hotel experience
