Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in our growth strategy by generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential customers, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and have a knack for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online resources.
Outbound Outreach:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage potential customers and set up meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including negotiating partnership agreements and managing ongoing partnerships.
Qualification:
Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they area good fit for our products and services.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
Follow-Up:
Provide timely follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions Requirements Experience in a sales development or related role, preferably in the health tech or SaaS industry. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to understand and articulate complex technology solutions. Excellent research and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
