We're hiring a Wireless Sales Associate for our Metro by T-Mobile location. If you're energetic, goal-driven, and love helping people stay connected, this is the perfect role for you. What You'll Do:

Learn and follow the Metro by T-Mobile sales process Hit daily and monthly sales goals and performance metrics (KPIs) Greet customers with energy, friendliness, and professionalism Recommend phones, plans, and promotions that meet customer needs Keep the store clean, organized, and sanitized Participate in local marketing and community events Follow all operational procedures and store policies Take on other duties as assigned by management Set the standard for excellent personal and professional conduct

What We're Looking For:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Required) Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED (Required) Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must have reliable transportation Open availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays Strong verbal and written communication skills Good with numbers and cash handling Willing to work hard and adapt in a fast-paced environment Able to pass a background check

Schedule:

10-hour shifts Monday to Friday Weekend and holiday availability
