Job Description
Responsibilities of this Job
- Sell cars, trucks, vans, and suvs using a proven process that is customer friendly.
- Light physical duties - Moving inventory, promotional items, numerous walking visits to greet customers
- Log, Track, Follow-up and Report individual performance utilizing our CRM website
- Be well dressed with a neat appearance at all time
- Pass the necessary manufacturer's product test modules
- Maintain a level at or above the manufacturer's CSI index (Excellent Customer Surveys) Skills Needed
- Self motivator
- Task oriented
- Computer, social media, public interaction savy
- Punctual
- Negotiation and closing a sale
- Constant and consistent follow up processes - mail, email, text, phone, and social media
- Vocal and outgoing personality Required Work Experience 2-3 years sales oriented experience preferred but not necessary Education
- High school diploma, GED, or higher
