Job Description

Leadership often starts before someone has an official management title. It shows up in the person who takes ownership, stays consistent when things get challenging, and naturally looks for ways to help the people around them improve. Carolina Collaborations creates in-person Verizon Wireless campaigns where strong individual performance can become the foundation for greater responsibility. Qualifications of the Sales Team Lead Naturally takes ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve a problem.
