About Edgeworks Manufacturing/ G-Code Tactical designs and manufactures premium holsters, tactical nylon gear, belt systems, plate carriers, mag carriers, and related accessories for demanding real world use. Based in Burgaw, North Carolina, the company has been building USA made products since 1997 and supports a growing dealer network across its market. Overview We are seeking an organized, driven, and professional Inside Sales & Dealer Relations Specialist to support and grow our dealer network. This is a primarily internal, office-based role that blends dealer outreach, relationship management, trade show participation, and day-to-day sales administration. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to sell to Dealers and maintain follow up to strengthen relationships, support reorders, and identify opportunities to grow sales Answer dealer questions regarding products, availability, orders, and account needs Prepare and follow up on quotes, samples, and sales opportunities as assigned Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, pricing, and sales data in internal systems Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and general clerical support for the sales team Prepare for and attend trade shows and industry events, travel as needed based on show schedule Track leads generated through trade shows and dealer activity and ensure timely follow-up Coordinate with production, shipping, customer service, and leadership to support dealer needs Qualifications Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, account support, dealer support, or a similar role is preferred Strong candidates with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn will be considered and trained Positive mental attitude and a team-first mindset Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, ERP, or order-entry systems is a plus Ability to learn a technical product line and speak confidently with dealers about features and applications Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and dealer events Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
