As our Sales Development Representative, you are the first human point of contact for organizations seeking to bolster their mobile environment. You will manage the bridge between marketing interest and closed deals, ensuring that every inbound inquiry is met with expertise, urgency, and a consultative approach. Your goal is to turn "curiosity" into "qualified opportunities."
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first responder to all inbound inquiries Use our sales framework to determine if a prospect is a fit for our managed services Manage a pipeline of "not yet ready" leads, providing them with relevant mobility insights and content until the timing is right Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges Develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client pain points Follow up with attendees from conferences to schedule post-event deep dives Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations and support) to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Serve as a key representative at trade shows and industry events across the US, including booth setup, tear-down, and on-the-ground logistics coordination ensuring the success of our presence Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners that can provide a flow of new business Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM (Zoho)
Requirements:
Proven ability and willingness to successfully cold call and find new prospects Ability to hear what a prospect isn't saying about their mobility anxieties and address those fears with confidence Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - ie drafting professional, "non-spammy" follow-up emails that provide genuine value to stakeholders Driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of tasks without letting leads fall through the cracks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and attend trade shows and industry events as necessary Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho preferred) Intrinsically motivated to win Preferred qualifications: Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple streams and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace How to apply: If this opportunity sounds like a fit for you, please call 919-867-7555 and ask to speak to our recruiting team and schedule an interview.
