We operate a high-energy, customer-facing kiosk right inside the busy Concord Mills Mall. We specialize in selling car keys, key fobs, fob batteries, and protective covers. When customers need programming or key cutting, we set them up and hand the job off to our expert mobile locksmith technicians. We are fast, friendly, and focused on solving problems for our customers. What You'll DoAs a Kiosk Sales Associate, you are the face of Magic Key Express. You will engage with mall shoppers, identify their automotive key needs, and close sales. This is a high-volume retail environment where your energy and hustle directly impact your paycheck. Greet customers warmly and ask about their car key needs. Sell key fobs, replacement batteries, key covers, and accessories. Educate customers on our services and pricing. Coordinate with our mobile locksmith technicians for programming and cutting services. Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kiosk.

Must-Haves (Requirements) Reliable transportation to and from Concord Mills Mall. Ability to pass a clean background check. Available to work weekends. High energy, friendly demeanor, and a thick skin for retail sales.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferences) 1+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred and will help you close more sales in this market.
