If you enjoy meeting new people, creating great customer experiences, and earning based on your performance, this opportunity is for you! Your primary role is to attract shoppers, demonstrate our natural beauty and wellness products, and convert conversations into sales. Responsibilities Greet and engage shoppers with confidence. Invite customers to experience Kitokos products through demonstrations and samples. Educate customers on our natural skincare, fragrances, African apparel, and accessories. Build relationships that lead to sales. Maintain an inviting, organized sales area. Meet and exceed daily sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Outgoing personality with the confidence to approach customers. Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented. Must be available to work weekends and flexible retail hours. Pay Earn commission on every sale.
