Job Description

Let's be real. Selling cars isn't what it used to be. Long hours. Late nights. Weekends at the dealership. Customers grinding you over every dollar. Managers breathing down your neck. And after all of that, you're still waiting around for the next up. If you're good at selling cars, we want to talk to you. We're a roofing company, and we've noticed something over the years: Some of our best salespeople came straight out of the car business. It makes sense. You already know how to talk to people. You know how to build trust quickly. You know how to follow up. You can handle rejection. You know how to close. And you're used to getting paid based on what you produce. We can teach you roofing. We can't teach hustle. So what's the money look like? Our average commission is around $2,100 per deal. Not $2,100 in sales. About $2,100 in your pocket for one deal. Close 4 deals in a month? That's roughly $8,400 in commissions. Close 6? Roughly $12,600. Close more? You can do the math. And you're not stuck inside a dealership all day waiting for someone to walk through the door. What are we looking for? We're specifically looking for people with automotive sales experience. You do NOT need roofing experience. We'll teach you the roofing side. What we're looking for are people who are competitive, comfortable talking to strangers, willing to follow up, and motivated by commission. If you've been successful selling cars but you're getting burned out on the dealership life, your skill set may translate extremely well to what we do. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk sales job. You'll be out meeting homeowners, generating opportunities, running appointments, inspecting properties, and closing deals. Yes, we work. And yes, that includes some Saturday mornings. But we're not interested in having good salespeople sitting around a dealership for 10-12 hours hoping somebody walks through the door. You're paid to produce. Not to occupy a chair. Interested? You don't have to make some huge career decision today. Apply and come talk to us. We'll show you how the job works, how our salespeople get paid, and why we've had so much success bringing people over from the automotive industry. If it makes sense, great. If it doesn't, no hard feelings. But if you've been sitting at the dealership thinking "I know I can make money doing something else" ... This might be worth a conversation.
