In this role at CelcomDigi, you are expected to support your region in processes in aiding regional management's decision making including but not limited to business performance management where the role will connect with headquarter office management team and ensure regional gameplan and initiative execution is effective to support growth.
You are: Extremely agile, proactive and self-motivated with constant can-do attitude
Strong analytical skill to process and review business drivers and translate insights to meaningful initiatives/action
Resourceful in managing sources of information (business intelligence, data management and integration) independently
High ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion, hands-on deliverer on quality results in fast-paced environment
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and regional teams and obtain buy-in
Responsibilities Compile, develop and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting. Trigger any off trends and highlight opportunities. Timely and accurate review and monitoring of regional performance
Ensure alignment of regional target across all business functions including participation in coverage meeting
Work closely with Sales and Channel, Franchise Managers in the development of marketing strategy (acquisition) and retention program
Working closely with RMT on business papers and establish ROI from activities, monitoring effectiveness and post events evaluation
To carry out market visitation to understand the market, products and competitors' presence. To provide feedback and improvement plans where necessary
Requirements Recognized degree in Commerce/Statistic/Finance or equivalent
3 - 5 years of experience in business performance management, business strategy or project management
Commercial Management & Planning position
Strong analytical skill to process business drivers and translate trending into meaningful initiatives or roadmap
Experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and regional teams and obtain buy-in
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PPT and Financial Modeling
Strong Analytical skill, possession of excellent oral and written communication skills in English
