Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outside sales or related field
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Technical sales experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
