We're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with potential clients and expanding our market presence. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, actively seeking new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking, and strategic marketing efforts. Your enthusiasm and persuasive skills will help us deliver innovative solutions in energy sales and beyond, making a tangible impact on our community and business success. Duties Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door visits, community events, and targeted marketing campaigns Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate customers on our offerings Utilize CRM software such as Go High Level to track interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads effectively Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback to optimize outreach efforts Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales environments Strong knowledge of CRM software like GHL or similar platforms for managing customer relationships Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building Ability to perform door-to-door outreach confidently while maintaining professionalism Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate others to achieve targets Strong ability to show value to the customer and objection handling Join us in shaping the future of roof coating solutions!
