Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dealership environment. Your ability to effectively manage the sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and understand market trends will be crucial to your success.   • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with potential clients.
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure seamless transactions and inventory management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and dealership inventory to provide informed recommendations.
  • Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Experience
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within a dealership or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines and inventory management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all interactions.
