Job Description

Warren-Hay is looking for a driven Commercial HVAC Business Development Sales Representative who enjoys getting out in the market, meeting people, and turning relationships into business. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales job. You will meet with building owners, facility managers, property managers, contractors, and other commercial customers to uncover HVAC service, replacement, retrofit, and project opportunities. If you like opening doors, solving problems, and building a book of business, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new commercial accounts Meet with building owners, facility managers, property managers, and contractors Conduct facility walkthroughs and identify HVAC opportunities Build relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, and industry partners Identify service, equipment replacement, controls, retrofit, and capital-project opportunities Coordinate with technical and estimating teams to develop solutions Present proposals, follow up consistently, and ask for the business Grow existing accounts through additional locations and services Attend networking and industry events Keep opportunities and next steps current in the CRM Own your pipeline from first conversation through close Our sales process: Prospect

  • > Win What We're Looking For Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations Competitive, motivated, and accountable Organized and consistent with follow-up Good at asking questions and listening to customers Comfortable working independently in the field Able to build long-term business relationships Confident presenting solutions and asking for the business Commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, facilities, or B2B sales experience is preferred.
