Ideal Services is hiring a Comfort Consultant to work with residential and light commercial customers in the Holly Springs, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right comfort solutions while building trust, educating homeowners, and closing quality system replacement and upgrading opportunities. What You'll Do Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess comfort needs Present system replacement, upgrade, and comfort improvement options Educate customers on efficiency, indoor air quality, and system performance Build detailed proposals and close sales with honesty and professionalism Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth job execution Accurately document sales activity and customer information Represent Ideal with professionalism and integrity Perform in-home and on-site evaluations of existing HVAC systems What We're Looking For Sales or comfort consulting experience in HVAC or home services (preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer Competitive base pay plus commission or incentive structure Uncapped earning potential Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Paid training and ongoing development Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive leadership and a strong operations team Why Ideal Services?
