Job Description
Impact 1 Financial is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to develop new business throughout Huntersville and the surrounding area. This is an active, field-based sales role for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with people, starting conversations, and creating new business opportunities. You'll take ownership of an assigned territory, meeting directly with business owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees. Your focus will be connecting with local businesses, developing relationships, and helping them learn about the products available to support their employees. You'll have the independence to manage your territory and daily activity while receiving hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support from an experienced team. What You'll Do Build relationships with local businesses throughout your assigned territory Develop new business through referrals, networking, and direct outreach Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with prospective clients Meet with a variety of workplace contacts, including owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing service and support Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activity independently Track client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools Work closely with leadership and teammates while maintaining ownership of your territory Who We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships Organized and accountable in managing daily activity Previous sales experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn, apply feedback, and consistently improve
