Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and proactive New Business Development Coordinator to drive growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence through strategic outreach, relationship building, and leveraging sales tools. Your enthusiasm for technology sales, combined with strong communication skills, will help us connect with potential clients and foster lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Market Research Identify potential customers, industries, and application areas. Research target companies and key contacts. Compile industry trend summaries and competitor information. CRM & Data Management Maintain prospect databases. Log customer interactions and meeting notes. Track opportunity progress in CRM. Outreach Preparation Draft outreach emails and contact templates. Assist with LinkedIn prospecting. Prepare contact lists and make initial contacts for the new business activities. Trade Show Preparation Research exhibitors and potential leads before exhibitions. Assist with preparation of booth materials and product information. Participate in exhibitions by supporting booth activities. Record leads and contact information during exhibitions. Administrative Support for Development Activities Assist with organizing sample shipments and documentation. Compile customer feedback reports. Help prepare presentations and marketing materials. Qualifications Computer skills - ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to learn and understand technical product information Strong interpersonal skills—such as communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and move 30lbs
Pay:
$36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
