$45,000 Base Salary + Bonus +

We help organizations leverage technology to improve security, productivity, and operational performance. We're looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to support our sales and account management teams while helping manage a portfolio of smaller clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and wants a long-term career path into Account Management or Sales. What You'll Do Manage inbound sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up Schedule sales appointments and client meetings Support Account Managers with client communication and follow-up Manage assigned smaller client accounts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Maintain CRM records and sales opportunities Assist with proposals, quotes, renewals, and agreements Coordinate Strategic Business Review scheduling Track sales pipeline activity and follow-up tasks Work closely with leadership to improve client experience and retention Qualifications 1+ years in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or administrative support Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Professional and customer-focused demeanor What We Offer $45,000 base salary Performance bonuses Commission opportunities Paid time off Health benefits Matching 401(K) Career growth into Account Manager or Account Executive roles Stable, growing company with a strong culture
