Role:

We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join a well-established lawn equipment and small engine repair shop in Raleigh. You'll be the first point of contact for customers—assisting with parts inquiries, product recommendations, and sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with product selection and parts lookups Process sales orders and handle transactions accurately Maintain product displays and stock organization Communicate with the service department to coordinate repair orders Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

Previous counter sales or retail experience preferred Knowledge of lawn equipment, power tools, or small engines a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must have a clean background
