Our front desk team is the first impression of our facility and a huge part of our growth. We're looking for team members who can create an exceptional member experience while driving new memberships and community engagement. What You'll Do Sales & Growth Welcome all walk-ins, leads, and trial members with confidence and enthusiasm Convert prospects into memberships through tours, conversations, follow-up, and relationship building Follow up with leads via text, phone, email, and social media DM Book intro sessions and help prospects choose the right membership option Support referral campaigns, promotions, and local marketing efforts Member Experience Create a warm, energetic, high-level front desk presence Learn member names and build real relationships Celebrate wins, milestones, birthdays, and member progress Keep the facility organized, clean, and professional Help create a positive culture that members want to return to Marketing & Social Media Capture content in the facility (classes, member moments, events, coach highlights) Support Instagram stories, reels, and community engagement Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand online Bonus if you have your own engaged social media presence or content creation skills

Schedule:

Flexible part-time shifts available, including a mix of: Early mornings Evenings Some weekends
