Key Responsibilities:

Casual Furniture World Sales and Design Consultants are responsible for building relationships that last well past the initial sale. They work in a traditional retail/showroom environment with most of the day spent on the showroom floor assisting customers. They will develop in-depth product knowledge ranging from furniture construction, fireplace specification and industry trends. They use their sales and design skills, product knowledge, networks and relationship building skills to grow their client portfolio well beyond walk-in customers. We're looking for someone who: Blends design flair with sales savvy: You have a keen eye for aesthetics and a knack for translating trends into personalized recommendations. Think beyond the sale and help customers curate their perfect look.

With our hourly rate + commission compensation plan, your income is based on your attitude, skill and effort. The average income range for a Casual Furniture World design/sales consultant is $40,000-$55,000/year. Schedule:

We provide a 5-day weekly schedule that will typically include working on a Saturday a few times a month and business hours until 6:00 PM. In addition to our extensive product selection, we also provide design services to help our customers create a cohesive and visually stunning outdoor space. We operate four (4) showrooms in Wilmington, NC, Winston Salem, NC, Greensboro, NC and in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Join Us!
