Due to continued growth in our North Carolina markets, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative based out of our Wilmington market. About the Role This position is responsible for generating and closing sales for architectural window film projects, including energy efficiency, solar control, safety & security, decorative, and UV protection films. You will work with both commercial and residential clients, offering consultative solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads Sell to both commercial and residential customers Conduct on-site and virtual consultations Present product solutions and close sales opportunities Build and maintain strong customer relationships Prepare proposals, estimates, and follow-ups Coordinate with installation and operations teams Manage pipeline and activity using CRM tools Represent Tint USA professionally in the local market Qualifications 2+ years of proven sales experience (B2B and/or in-home sales preferred) Experience in construction, architectural products, home improvement, or related industries is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to work independently in a territory-based role Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission $100,000+ annual earning potential Uncapped commission structure Training and ongoing support Opportunity for growth within a national brand Why Tint USA?
