Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00

Full-Time | 40 hours/week About the Role We are seeking a Member Support Specialist to join the Customer Care team and serve as the first point of contact for members, volunteers, parents, and retail customers. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Manage member inquiries and cases using Salesforce/CRM . Process membership leads, troop placements, and transfers. Maintain accurate records, reports, and activity logs. Support retail operations, POS transactions, inventory, and shipments. Assist with programs, events, promotions, and special activities. Collaborate with internal teams to improve member support and processes. Support and represent the Girl Scout mission and community . Qualifications Associate degree + 1 year of customer service experience OR High School Diploma/GED + 3+ years of customer service/call center experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM/Salesforce and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred. Comfortable with occasional evenings/weekends for events or retail coverage. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Pay:
