Title & Closing Coordinator Monarch Title Services | Bedford, NH | Full-Time | On-Site Be Part of the Team Behind the Closing Monarch Title Services is looking for a Title & Closing Coordinator to join our team in Bedford, NH. We're looking for someone with experience in real estate title and closings who enjoys a role with variety. You'll have the opportunity to work across title processing, closing coordination, and post-closing, while supporting our Closing Officers and the rest of the team. The right person is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients and real estate professionals, and able to jump in wherever they're needed to keep transactions moving toward the closing table. If you're someone who understands the title and closing process and likes being a go-to person on a team, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do You'll have a hands-on role throughout the life of a transaction, including: Open new title orders and review contracts for completeness Obtain tax information and other required information at file opening Launch and manage Closinglock for transaction parties Communicate regularly with lenders, realtors, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and clients Monitor multiple transactions and keep files moving toward closing Maintain accurate and timely file updates Order and track payoffs, commission statements, and other closing requirements Prepare Closing Disclosures and coordinate final closing figures Assist with preparation of final closing documents Assist with signatures, escrow, and disbursement Perform final quality control and file stacking for the Closing Officer Assist other team members when they are out of the office Help with post-closing, including disbursement, recording, stacking, and final title policies You'll Also Have the Opportunity To Depending on your experience and the needs of the team: Prepare title commitments Review and work with title requirements Assist with more advanced closing-related tasks Disburse and record closed files Prepare and send final title policies Step in to support different members of the closing team What We're Looking For You don't need to know how to do absolutely everything on day one. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in title and real estate closings who is willing and able to learn, grow, and wear different hats when the team needs it. Ideally, you have: At least 1 year of experience in real estate title, title processing, closing, escrow, or a related position A working knowledge of residential real estate transactions and contracts Experience working with title or closing software The ability to read and understand a title commitment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and paperless production systems A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance 401(k) Monday-Friday schedule 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Supportive, team-oriented work environment The opportunity to learn and grow across multiple areas of the title and closing process Schedule & Location Full-time Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-site —
