Job Description

Keene Door is looking for an upbeat, energetic, positive, and organized person to join our team as a part time Sales Office Coordinator. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, office coordination, scheduling, and sales support. The ideal candidate will be someone who can keep the day-to-day office operations running smoothly while keeping track of multiple moving pieces at once. You'll be coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and management, while helping to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Strong communication, follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are keys to success in this role. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests Create and write up work tickets accurately Schedule and coordinate the work for technicians and our Project Manager Provide sales support, including preparing quotes using QuickBooks Online Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries Greet and assist walk-in customers Coordinate deliveries and ensure delivery details are communicated clearly Maintain accurate records and help keep office operations organized Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and management in a professional and timely manner Assist with other administrative and office duties as needed Qualifications Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment Professional, friendly, and dependable Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors by phone and in person Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software QuickBooks Online experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate Previous office administration, scheduling, customer service, or sales support experience is a plus If you're a people person who likes to stay busy, solve problems, keep things moving, and take pride in providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
