E-commerce Sales and Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as an E-commerce Sales and Support Specialist . In this role, you will manage various aspects of our online sales platforms, including customer service, product listing creation, and photo editing. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, and optimizing product listings for maximum visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, messaging platforms, and other communication channels.

Product Listings:

Create, optimize, and manage product listings on platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and details.

Photo Editing:

Edit product photos using Photoshop or similar tools to meet platform guidelines and enhance visual appeal.

Office Administration:

Perform general office tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and maintaining organized records of sales and inventory.

Content Writing:

Craft compelling and engaging product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the team to identify and implement strategies for improving e-commerce performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Photoshop or similar photo-editing software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional and customer-friendly tone. Experience in creating and managing e-commerce product listings. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or an e-commerce role is highly desirable.
