Duties Engage with customers in retail stores and on route to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenue Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service Manage route driving responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of products while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe driving practices Handle pricing negotiations, discounts, and promotional offers confidently to close sales effectively Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or transportation equipment as needed Maintain organizational skills to keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and delivery schedules Follow all safety protocols related to automobile transportation, commercial truck driving, and heavy lifting Qualifications Proven experience in retail store environments or sales roles with a focus on customer service and relationship building Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience in commercial truck driving or route driving preferred Strong math skills for pricing calculations, basic accounting, and order processing Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and team collaboration Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial driving and transportation safety standards Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Experience in merchandising, route planning, and organizational tasks highly desirable Basic understanding of automobile transportation logistics and client communication strategies Join us as a Sales Representative where your enthusiasm fuels success!
