In this role, your primary focus will be setting high-quality appointments with homeowners for our outside sales team. You'll be the first point of contact, creating strong impressions and generating real opportunities that turn into projects. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to homeowners to introduce our exterior remodeling services and schedule qualified appointments Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and create interest in our offerings Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and keep schedules full for the sales team Accurately track conversations, appointments, and customer details in our systems Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience Continuously improve your approach through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly Sales-driven mindset with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions Organized and detail-oriented with solid computer skills Previous experience in call centers, outbound sales, or customer service is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Compensation & Perks $16/hour base pay + uncapped commission Clear earning potential based on performance Ongoing training and support to help you succeed Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, expanding company At Grandview Exteriors, you're not just setting appointments—you're opening the door to real opportunities for homeowners and helping drive the success of our entire team.
