This energetic role offers the opportunity to drive business growth through strategic outside sales, account management, and business development initiatives. As a key player in our sales force, you will leverage your expertise in technology sales, CRM software, and territory management to build lasting client relationships and generate new leads. Duties Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. Manage existing accounts with a focus on upselling, customer retention, and providing exceptional service. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage sales pipelines, and analyze territory performance. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for lead tracking, analysis, and reporting. Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical presentations that highlight product value. Skilled in territory management, cold calling, inside sales, and retail sales strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making and market analysis.
