Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer order lifecycles and pharmaceutical distribution workflows. Coordinate between customers, internal teams, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high-quality service. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer communications to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service. Perform accurate data entry and order processing for customer orders. Allocate and assign inventory to customer orders based on availability and fulfillment requirements. Route orders for fulfillment and shipment in accordance with operational timelines. Post goods issued for all orders shipped from Rx Crossroads and Quagen Pharmaceutical. Create and submit Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) for shipped products through EDI. Monitor open orders and pending shipments to support on-time delivery and adherence to due dates. Manage and resolve order-tracking inquiries by coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Apply DEA compliance requirements, when applicable, for controlled items and related orders. Monitor inventory levels and prepare weekly inventory reports for distribution to operations leadership and senior management. Serve as the liaison between the 3PL and customers regarding inquiries, license holds, and forecast-related issues. Proactively communicate shipment status updates to customers and stakeholders. Prepare and submit weekly back-order reports for designated customers. Initiate claims with the 3PL for lost or damaged products on behalf of customers. Research mis-shipped or lost packages and provide supporting details to the accounting department for credit issuance. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a pharmaceutical environment or customer relations role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
