Job Summary 1. B2B Sales Representative Field-based B2B sales role covering wholesale and retail accounts (Beauty Supply, Beauty & Health wholesalers, chain supermarkets, retail chains, independent markets). What you'll do: Visit existing accounts regularly to maintain relationships and grow orders. Prospect and cold-call new accounts to build the pipeline. Present products, pricing, and promotions directly to buyers and decision-makers. Keep CRM/visit records accurate and coordinate with internal Operations/CS teams. What we're looking for: B2B, wholesale, or retail sales experience — both account management and cold calling. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within territory. Beauty Supply / Beauty & Health B2B sales experience is a strong plus, not required.

Pay:

$50,000-$55,000/year base, plus commission. 2. Sales Administrative Associate Office-based support role at our Carlstadt HQ — customer communication, order processing, and account support, with exposure to sales and business development. What you'll do: Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries, order status, and follow-up. Support order processing and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting. Maintain accurate account records and flag issues that could affect delivery or satisfaction. What we're looking for: Strong customer communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities. Experience in customer service, order processing, account support, or sales coordination preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Pay:

$45,000-$55,000/year, based on experience and qualifications. Location & Schedule Both roles are based at Pocas International Corp.'s Second NJ Office in Carlstadt, NJ. Full-time, in person.
