The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients select exceptional stone products that bring luxury spaces to life. From elegant marble and quartzite to custom stone applications, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience from concept through purchase.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, custom home builders, contractors, and homeowners.
Guide customers through the selection process for premium natural stone and luxury surface materials.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate project details with internal teams.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Provide expert product recommendations based on design objectives, project requirements, and budget considerations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering a high-touch, consultative sales experience.
Stay informed on luxury design trends, architectural applications, and emerging materials.
Qualifications2+ years of inside sales, showroom sales, design sales, or customer-facing sales experience.
Experience in natural stone, tile, luxury building materials, interior design, kitchen and bath, architectural products, or related industries strongly preferred.
Strong ability to build relationships with design professionals and high-end clientele.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex and custom orders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Preferred ExperienceBackground selling premium or luxury products.
Experience working with architects, designers, builders, or contractors.
Knowledge of marble, limestone, quartzite, granite, porcelain slabs, or other high-end surface materials.
CRM, ERP, or order management software experience.
