Part-Time Assistant Team Lead Commitment:

12-20 hours per week, including weekends

• Sell memberships, prevent cancellations, upsell services, recommend products, and coach your team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities Coach Spa Consultants on our 5-step sales method Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Assist with staff scheduling and provide coverage when needed Support payroll processing as required Enforce company policies and processes to boost service and sales performance Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices Contribute to achieving financial goals through smart scheduling and purchasing Maintain spa cleanliness and equipment upkeep (including re-lamping) Oversee opening and closing procedures with proper staffing Manage inventory, restocking, and supply orders Support marketing and promotional initiatives Represent the Soleil Tans brand in all guest and employee interactions Attend leadership and company meetings Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven sales/retail experience Must be available for a minimum of 10 shifts per week , including weekends.
