Commission plus Salary Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment using hand tools and technical schematics to ensure optimal operation. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components, including low voltage systems and computer hardware. Utilize testing tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently. Interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams to guide installation and repair processes. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical details clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during each visit. Assist in expanding sales by demonstrating product features, identifying client needs, and recommending suitable solutions. Maintain detailed service records, installation logs, and inventory reports to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience in field service roles or as a service technician with hands-on equipment repair background. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity working with hand tools and schematics. Experience working with computer hardware, computer networking, or low voltage systems is highly desirable. Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals accurately. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical information to clients and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently for on-site installations across various locations.
