$24.00-$26.00 per hour + commission What You'll Do Be able to secure Sales Leads (warm generated) Speak with customers by phone to understand their needs and recommend the best exterior home services. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in our services. Provide friendly, professional, and customer-focused service on every call. Learn our products, services, and industry so you can confidently answer customer questions. Build trust and establish strong relationships with customers. Clearly explain the value and benefits of our services. Use effective sales techniques to turn customer inquiries into sales. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate customer information. Address customer questions and concerns professionally. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction while working toward individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen your sales and customer service skills. What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience required 2+ years of call center experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong persuasion and influencing abilities Pest Control Knowledge a plus Comfortable working with computers and navigating the internet Customer-focused attitude with strong listening skills Motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why Join Ned's Home?
