Pay Rate:
$55,000 - $65,000

Position Summary NutraStar is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in B2B sales within the nutraceutical manufacturing industry. The Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers, and support the sales team throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, self-motivated, and passionate about helping customers find manufacturing solutions for their dietary supplement products. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Schedule introductory meetings and presentations with potential clients. Learn NutraStar's manufacturing capabilities, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up on customer inquiries and assist with preparing quotations and proposals. Collaborate with internal departments including Customer Service, Operations, Quality, and Project Management to ensure a positive customer experience. Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as needed. Meet individual sales activity goals and contribute to team revenue objectives. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Associate degree with relevant customer service or sales experience will also be considered. 0-2 years of sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term career in sales. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Internship or previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development. Interest or knowledge of the nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries. Experience attending networking or industry events is a plus. Why Join NutraStar?
