  • Full-time Hyvest Homes is a fast-growing residential construction company based in New Jersey.
We are currently in a major growth phase as we transition from a smaller remodeling contractor into a full-scale residential construction company focused on: additions whole-home remodels custom homes and ground-up new construction What makes our company unique is the variety of projects we handle. No two jobs — and no two days — look exactly the same. We are building a company focused on: systems efficiency communication technology operational excellence and high-level customer experience We are looking for someone who wants to grow WITH the company — not just fill a position. About The Role We are hiring a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Sales & Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside ownership and support the front-end operations of the business. This role is a blend of: sales support customer communication operations organization and administrative coordination You will play a major role in helping keep our: sales pipeline organized estimates moving customers informed and office operations running smoothly This is NOT a passive assistant role.
We need someone who:

What You'll Be Responsible For Sales Pipeline & Lead Management Manage the sales pipeline inside JobTread Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries Schedule estimate appointments Follow up with leads and unsold estimates Keep CRM and customer communication organized Help ensure opportunities don't fall through the cracks Estimate & Proposal Support Assist with estimate and proposal preparation Organize scopes, documents, and estimate information Use ChatGPT and AI tools to help streamline communication and estimate support Coordinate estimate revisions and proposal follow-up Help improve estimate workflows and templates over time Customer Communication Maintain professional and responsive communication with homeowners Coordinate appointment confirmations and updates Help create a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process Assist with communication between customers, vendors, and internal team members Operations & Administrative Support Manage calendars, emails, and administrative coordination Organize documents, photos, proposals, and customer records Maintain updates inside JobTread and company software systems Assist with office operations and workflow organization Support ownership with operational follow-through Help improve internal systems and processes as the company grows What We're Really Looking For Resumes all tend to look similar. Technology & Systems Expectations This role is highly software-driven. We are looking for someone who: learns systems quickly embraces technology and operational efficiency is comfortable using modern software and digital tools is open to learning and utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT and understands how technology can improve communication, organization, and workflow efficiency Our company relies heavily on systems, technology, automation, and streamlined workflows to help manage projects and operations efficiently. You do not need to be an "AI expert," but you should be comfortable adapting to modern tools and learning new systems as the company grows. Preferred Qualifications Residential construction experience is a plus Experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, CRM systems, or construction software is a plus Sales support, operations, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Strong communication and multitasking ability Strong organizational skills Work Environment We are a family-oriented company where: communication matters ideas matter your voice matters and strong people have room to grow quickly This role works directly alongside ownership and will play a major part in helping shape the future operational structure of the company.
