Sales Lead Generator

Arctic Air is hiring individuals to represent our company inside local Home Depot stores. If you are looking for an opportunity with flexible scheduling, high earning potential and allows you talk to people for a living, apply today! This position will be generating sales leads and setting appointments with retail customers to conduct store-sponsored maintenance, repairs, and replacements on HVAC systems. This position is part-time only with full time opportunities/growth and requires enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic individuals to represent our company in Local Home Depot locations. No experience is required, and we will train you on the necessary information to succeed! The ideal candidate for this position enjoys speaking with others and is looking for a flexible schedule. As a Sales Lead Generator, your focus will be introducing homeowners to Arctic Air Conditioning services while they shop: Starting friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality Explaining how Arctic helps homeowners with heating, cooling, and home comfort improvements Offering customers the opportunity to schedule a free in-home consultation Entering customer information and booking appointments for Arctic specialists Representing Arctic with a positive, professional presence inside the store Working alongside store management and Arctic team members to support in-store promotions We offer: Hourly pay $17 - $22 per hour + commission structure Flexible and consistent scheduling; Evenings and Weekends required Uncapped earning potential Paid training and development Flexible schedule

What We're Looking For:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and sales-driven with a positive attitude Enthusiastic, confident, and personable—able to represent our brand with professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable actively engaging with customers throughout the sales floor during store hours Willing and able to initiate conversations and connect with customers in an in-store environment Previous sales experience is a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (must be available for at least one weekend shift) Willingness to travel to other store locations if required Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and use a smartphone independently Able to commit to working 15-25 hours per week We are hiring Lead Generators at the following Home Depot locations across
