Slash Staffing Slash Staffing is a fast-growing overseas staffing company helping businesses scale with high-quality global talent while delivering a modern, reliable client experience. We believe most overseas staffing companies got it wrong. Too many businesses have experienced poor communication, unreliable workers, lack of accountability, constant turnover, and agencies that disappear once the hire is made. At Slash Staffing, we built our company specifically to fix those problems. We focus heavily on speed, communication, retention, support, and long-term client success — not just filling positions. We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Representative to help grow Slash Staffing through strategic partnerships, networking, referral relationships, and business development efforts. This role will focus heavily on building relationships with staffing agencies, recruiting firms, HR consultants, and other businesses that can refer clients to Slash Staffing. This is not a passive networking role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, professional, and comfortable building relationships both online and in person. Responsibilities Reach out to staffing agencies, recruiting firms, HR consultants, and related businesses across the U.S. Build and maintain long-term referral and strategic partner relationships Schedule and lead partnership discovery calls Represent Slash Staffing professionally in meetings, networking opportunities, trade shows, and expos Follow up consistently with active and prospective partners Help generate recurring business through referral partnerships and business development efforts Track outreach and pipeline activity inside CRM systems Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and partnership strategy Coordinate introductions between referred clients and the Slash Staffing team Ideal Candidate Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Organized and process-oriented Strong follow-up abilities Professional appearance and presentation skills Comfortable attending networking events and trade shows Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience in staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, partnerships, or business development strongly preferred Compensation Base salary + recurring commission structure Strong long-term earning potential tied directly to recurring revenue growth Opportunity to help build and shape a major growth channel within a rapidly growing company About Slash Staffing Slash Staffing helps businesses reduce costs and grow faster by connecting them with skilled overseas talent across administrative, customer service, recruiting, operations, marketing, and support roles. Our goal is not just to help businesses hire overseas — it's to help them do it without the typical headaches many companies have experienced with traditional offshore staffing firms. In-office preferred. Travel to select trade shows and networking events may occasionally be required.
